Celebrate Summer Solstice at the 5^th Annual

Summer Mini Eco Business Expo

San Luis Obispo, CA (June 7, 2012) – Celebrate the beginning of summer and learn about local, eco-friendly businesses at the upcoming Summer Mini Eco Business Expo, Thursday, June 21. The Expo, which will take place from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Avila Bay Athletic Club & Spa in Avila Beach, will feature more than 30 green businesses, hosted by the Solstice Green Directory and sponsored by SESLOC Federal Credit Union, Solarponics and Sunset Honda.

The event is free, although donations will be accepted to benefit Zoo to You, a non-profit conservation education organization based in Paso Robles. Animal Ambassadors from Zoo to You will attend the Expo to entertain and educate guests about wild animals such as baby cougars, porcupines and birds.

                Guests will also enjoy food and live music performed by Acoustico. There will be an opportunity to win more than $1,000 in free giveaways, including an electric bike from Todd’s “Green” Machines,  meet the Green Wizard and participate in Solstice’s free mini soapbox, where guests can share details about their service or business.

            The Avila Bay Athletic Club & Spa is located at 6699 Bay Laurel Place in Avila Beach.  Show up early to take advantage of everything the Summer Mini Eco Business Expo has to offer.
