These times are full of unknowns, and our language does not yet have good words to describe much of what we are experiencing.  If you are wondering what a balanced ego is, what living from Essence would be like, or how in the world to get there, come share some time Friday, 3/1/13 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM at QuietStar to have questions answered.  A brief preview of the "playshop" Balancing the Ego, Living from Essence will give you a taste of the steps, meditations and activities that are designed to gently move our fearful ego (local self) willingly, happily into serving our Essence or Higher Self. We then live the majority of our time in a state of flow that Barbara Marx Hubbard calls your Full Potential Self or Universal Human. The cosmic energetic structure is now developing to support our movement into that state, but we can't do it alone.  The intent is to co-create a safe, loving space where we can learn to be truly transparent to ourselves as well as one another.  This is a class of the heart, not of the mind, with sessions on the first and third Saturday afternoons from March 2nd to June 15th.
