A Journey in Deep Excitement Playshop
with Movement, Laughter, Journaling
& Deep Conversation
Using a variety of exercises from various lineages, we will participate in a 4 hour playshop with an hour lunch break, working with excitement, fine tuning our purpose, aligning our core values and relaxing into deeper conversation. Minimum of 6, maximum of 23, two 50% off scholarships. $49 (AND we will GIFT you 2 FREE TimeBank HOURS!), bring a lunch or buy one at the walking distance Market. Sukha Wellness Center is in Avila.
