Mini report on the 2nd “Celebrating Local Food and Farmer” events |
|
|
by Bob Banner
There were close to 200 people enjoying the local finger-foods, drinks and harvest from the various ecopreneurs and local farmers. And then we moved into the library room where standing room only attendance to see the film DECONSTRUCTING SUPPER.
Rather than a report on the event I simply want to give people the RESOURCES, since having the resources available to you for further CONNECTION will help you stay connected and to know WHO you can ask for further specific questions. Email addresses and websites are provided.
Also, if you missed out on adding your email address to any of the numerous lists or listservs, please let us know. The HDance listservs range from Local News, Global News, Natural building, Slo Food, Peak-oil, Discussion, and FiLMs. If you wish to join the (S)LOCAVORES or the SLO GE-FREE or the Sustainable Business lists, please email me at info@hopedance.org and I will add you to the growing lists (which eventually will evolve into interactive listservs).
