Dancing Deer Ranch: 2975 Vineyard Dr. Templeton, 2.7 miles WEST off of
101, at the Vineyard / 101 Exit. It’s on the left side, heading west. If you hit 46, you’ve gone too far. Go all the way up the driveway to the main house.
